Celeste I really can appreciate you sharing the article on passion. I like to read thing such as this. I am a firm believer in that if you love what you do that you feel as you never work a day in your life. I'm in agreement with the author your work is your energy source and how you fulfill your drive. Being that Early Childhood is all of our passions, so working in it should fuel our desire to improve its quality.
